An interior nod to the great Wes Anderson

Ah Wes. No film style blog would ever be complete without him. I do have a long list of specific Wes Anderson films that I intend to nod to in future outfit posts, but for now, I thought I’d create a little corner of my home dedicated to the doyen of cinema. Of course, I don’t have the Wes budget or the blessing to paint my rented walls or even to paper them in some lavish The Royal Tenenbaums style wallpaper (I wish I wish I wish), so for now I focused on two simple things you can do with accessories – symmetry and colour blocking.

I created this little look in collaboration with Desenio, who are offering my lovely readers 25%* of posters, wall art and frames from today until the 19th July. Just enter the code “laurafeasey” before you order.
