One thing I did find helpful during lockdown last year and beyond was journalling.

I find it’s a great exercise for writing out my thoughts, working through my problems and helping me look for the positives each day.

So I’ve put together an edit of my favourite gratitude journals and some other self care journals that I think you’ll find helpful.
